Renyson develops and refines replacement mixer knives for vertical and horizontal TMR mixers, with a focus on cutting geometry, wear resistance and dependable performance in demanding livestock feeding applications.

Our heat-treated feed mixer knives are engineered for abrasion resistance, toughness and resistance to permanent deformation. We offer multiple cutting geometries, including serrated and wide-edge scalloped profiles, to support efficient forage processing and mixing.

For extended wear life, Renyson uses a proprietary two-stage tungsten carbide protection process designed to improve coating adhesion and coating integrity, helping reduce porosity and provide more consistent protection in critical wear areas.
